Absolutely! We would love to wrap your special gift at no charge. When you add an item to your cart you will be asked if you would like our giftwrap service. Just add our complimentary gift wrap to the cart as well and let us do all the special touches that we love to do!

Absolutely! We love gift cards – they allow you to show how much you care by providing someone the opportunity to pick out exactly what inspires them. What could be better? To purchase a gift card, simply search for “gift card” in the web store and add the gift card in the amount you wish to purchase to your shopping bag, then checkout as you normally would. Your gift card will be beautifully packaged and mailed to you (or directly to that special someone if you wish) via USPS at no charge. Give the gift of inspiration – give a be.gallery gift card!

If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the non-damaged piece for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please know that we love bubblewrap and will take every care to securely wrap your piece for safe arrival at your door. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged (i.e. damage occurs during shipment), contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged piece and we will absolutely replace the item at no charge to you or provide you a full refund, upon your return of the damaged goods. However, if the damage to the items occurs after shipment, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds to you at this time.  be.gallery must be notified of pieces damaged in shipping within 24 hours of receipt in order to provide full refund or exchange.

Because every piece in the gallery is handmade by the artists themselves, often we only have 1 or 2 of them in stock and available for immediate purchase. If you see a piece online or in our gallery that is not available for immediate purchase, it is likely because we are awaiting more pieces that are on order with the artist. If this is the case for a piece that you would like to purchase, please call the gallery directly at 1-844-BE GIFTS (1-844-234-4387) or email us at info@begallery.com to obtain approximate arrival times for the item and to reserve that special piece. We do not sell “backordered” pieces through our website.

We are happy to ship your order to you beautifully packaged with special care so that it arrives safely and as fast as possible. Shipping typically takes between 3 – 7 business days unless you live in the beautiful areas of Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico in which case your shipment may take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you live in any state other than Ohio, you will not be charged sales tax on your online order. However, because be.gallery has a physical presence in Ohio (through its gallery store in Chagrin Falls, Ohio), online sales to customers residing in the state of Ohio must be charged sales tax under state law. The sales tax will be calculated and charged through the checkout process based on the “ship to” address you enter (i.e. if you enter a “ship to” address in the state of Ohio, sales tax will automatically be added to your order at checkout).

The majority of the pieces carried by be.gallery are handmade by artisans residing in the United States. There are a couple special artisans outside the US (specifically Canada, Columbia, and the United Kingdom) who truly inspired us and we were fortunate to find, so we didn’t want to exclude them from the collection. All artisans and their location are clearly marked on all pieces within the gallery, but feel free to call the gallery at 1-844-BE GIFTS (1-844-234-4387) if you have any questions regarding our artists or the inspiring work they create.

We would love to hear about your desires for custom pieces! Custom pieces may be possible depending on the artist and your specific requests. Although we cannot guarantee that your special requests will be able to be met by gallery artists, we would be happy to make special requests on your behalf with our artists…all you have to do is ask!
