SHIPPING

We are happy to ship your order to you beautifully packaged with special care so that it arrives safely and as fast as possible. Currently, we only accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. Also, to ensure your package arrives to you safe and secure, we do not ship orders to post office boxes.

To make things simple for you and for us, we apply flat shipping rates based on the value of the piece being shipped (which are typically lower than the shipping charges we incur). We will process your order within 48 hours and ship your special piece using UPS Ground shipping, unless you request expedited shipping methods. No shipping charges are applied on the purchase of a gift card and gift cards purchased will be shipped via United States Postal Service.

Flat rate ground shipping to the contiguous States (expected to arrive in 3-7 business days):

  • Orders to $50 in value: $8 shipping
  • Orders between $51 – $200: $16 shipping
  • Orders between $201 – $500: $25 shipping
  • Orders over $500: $35 shipping

Flat rate ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (arrives in 5-10 business days) – based on actual shipping costs to be determined and communicated to you prior to shipping.

Shipping rates on orders requiring palletized shipping will be based on actual shipping rates and will be determined at the time of shipping. In the event, the original purchase contained a backorder item, shipping will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment.

If you select expedited delivery for your order, you will receive priority processing and shipping, which shortens the total time from gallery floor to your front door by up to three days.

Expedited shipping to the contiguous states (expected to arrive in 2-5 business days) are as follows:

  • Orders to $50 in value: $16 shipping
  • Orders between $51 – $200: $30 shipping
  • Orders between $201 – $500: $50 shipping
  • Orders over $500: $70 shipping

RETURNS

We at be.gallery want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the non-damaged piece for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. To return or exchange your purchased item, please call the gallery at 1-844-BE-GIFTS (1-844-234-4387) or email us at info@begallery.com for the return shipping information. Credit card purchases must be credited back to the original card. Credit will be applied once the return of the non-damaged piece is received by us at the gallery.

Please note that refunds cannot be provided on damaged pieces for which the damage occurred after shipment. Certainly, if your order arrives damaged (i.e. damage occurs during shipment), which should be rare as we package your item with significant care, contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the damaged package and we will absolutely replace the item at no charge to you or provide you a full refund upon your return of the damaged goods. However, if the damage to the items occurs after shipment, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds to you at this time. Be.gallery must be notified of pieces damaged in shipping within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt in order for full refund or exchange.
